Damaged Deliveries

I bought this tree because I was tired of spending the season trying to redirect traffic around the house to avoid bumping into or knocking over the Christmas tree. It was perfect for the job & I was very pleased with this item and delivery etc from mid Ulster. Excellent quality with realistic branches & needles. I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed to find the base was not as shown in the description & pictures. The base that came with it is a cross shape and extends to the width of the base of the tree. As I had planned to put the tree into a pot this was not an option. I also purchased the 7ft tree which had the base pictured. The base for the 7ft would not fit the 10ft as diameters were different. Maybe someone could follow up on this for me? I’d be happy to return the base I received in exchange for the correct one. Thanks
