SPECIFICATION

  • Weatherready® cushions are hardwearing & easy to clean, store away in Autumn & Winter
  • Cushions have ties to secure into place
  • Chairs are fully assembled and are stackable
  • Table requires simple top and base assembly - all fittings supplied
  • Adjustable table feet to ensure perfect positioning on uneven surfaces
  • Crafted from coated cast aluminium; rust free, lightweight, strong, durable & low maintenance
  • The furniture can be left outside all year round - except cushions
  • Protect and extend the life of your furniture by using a cover - remove cushions if being covered for prolonged periods (to prevent mould and mildew build-up)
  • Five years limited manufacturer warranty
  • Set includes: 1 x Oval Dining Table, 6 x Dining Chairs, 3m Round Traditional Parasol (UPF50+ Certified) and 15kg Concrete Base (not suitable on some composite decking - check with your manufacturer)

    • FREE delivery on orders over £100
    • £5 delivery charge for orders under £100 (UK & Northern Ireland)

Delivery Times & Service

Standard Delivery

  • Typical delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location
  • Upon order confirmation, we will contact you with:
    • Dispatch date
    • Estimated delivery timescale
    • Tracking information (where applicable)

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
