It works with a high burn candle made of 100% biodegradable vegetable wax
Emits only a fraction of the carbon found in traditional firepits

Best buy of 2024!

Oh I love this fire pit, I’ve been looking at it for a while but couldn’t choose between another make (a metal one) but this was defo the best choice. So warm, so easy to light, so easy to put out, looks great and I can light for 20 minutes and read my book in the garden before bed and it’s no hassle, oh and no smoke (ok a tiny bit). Love it, only sorry I didn’t get it when I first saw it!

Better than expected, wasn’t used on a particularly cold night but cool enough. The el fuego gave off a lovely warm glow, fairly tall flame, and convinced us to keep it, and bough more fuel cells since. It was very good
