Alexander Rose Premium Olefin Recliner Cushion - 562 is piped giving it a luxurious feel and come with ties for securing to your furniture. The fabric is resistant to shrinking and staining. We recommend not leaving cushions sitting in the rain and keeping them stored in a dry environment throughout the winter.

Cushion Cleaning Tips
  1. Brush off any loose dirt
  2. Prepare a cleaning solution of 1:16 mild detergent to lukewarm water
  3. Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean
  4. Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric
  5. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue
  6. Allow fabric to air dry
  7. Do Not dry clean, iron, steam iron or tumble dry cushions
  8. Do Not use bleach or strong detergents

The item is as described. We had an issue regards delivery to the wrong address by the courier and the team ensured it was resolved as quickly as they could.

Great Service

Very happy with the level of service. There was a slight delay in the supplier delivery but the Garden Centre staff were proactive in keeping me informed. I didn't have to chase the order at all. Top marks!

Standard Delivery

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location
  • Upon order confirmation, we will contact you with:
    • Dispatch date
    • Estimated delivery timescale
    • Tracking information (where applicable)

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
