Alexander Rose Polyester Armchair Cushion - 565SPEC is single piped and comes with ties for securing to the furniture. The fabric is resistant to shrinking and staining. We recommend storing the cushions in a dry environment throughout the winter months; this will ensure they stay in good condition.

  • Brush off any loose dirt
  • Prepare a cleaning solution of 1:16 mild detergent to lukewarm water
  • Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean
  • Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric
  • Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue
  • Allow fabric to air dry
  • Do Not dry clean, iron, steam iron or tumble dry cushions
  • Do Not use bleach or strong detergents

        Delivery Process

        • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location

        Pallet Deliveries

        • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
        • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
        • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

        Damages & Returns

        Damaged Deliveries

        1. Inspect goods upon delivery
        2. If damage is visible, please:
          • Notify the delivery driver immediately
          • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
          • Document the damage with photographs if possible
        3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
        4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

        Returns Process

        • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
        • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
        • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
        • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
