  • Double Stitched: The seams on B-products are double-stitched with a 5's cotton for extra strength and durability. This makes our products tough enough to withstand the most demanding of loungers.

  • Lightweight: B-bags are designed to be extremely lightweight. Fabrics are carefully chosen for their quality, strength and portability. So they're easy for even children to move from venue to venue.

  • UV Resisistant: There is no sadder sight than tired and faded looking furniture. B-products are engineered using UV resistant materials. This gives them the superpower of being completely fade-proof, even in direct sunlight.

    • FREE delivery on orders over £100
    • £5 delivery charge for orders under £100 (UK & Northern Ireland)

Delivery Times & Service

Standard Delivery

  • Typical delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location
  • Upon order confirmation, we will contact you with:
    • Dispatch date
    • Estimated delivery timescale
    • Tracking information (where applicable)

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
